Hello and welcome!

I’m Kari Rife, a passionate lifestyle photographer currently based in Raleigh, NC. Originally from Virginia, I’ve also had the opportunity to live in Asheville, NC and Phoenix, AZ. I’m a proud alumna of UNC Chapel Hill—Go Heels! (A friendly nod to my NC State and Duke clients, of course!)

When I’m not working, I’m kept busy by my son and daughter, and our two yorkie pups. We love spending our free time traveling to visit family in the mountains and at the beach.

Photography is my true passion, and I’m dedicated to capturing life’s most precious moments. Whether it’s a wedding, a family portrait, or a milestone moment, I believe in preserving emotions and memories that will last a lifetime. I view each of my clients as lifelong friends and feel privileged to be a part of their journey.

I currently serve Raleigh and the surrounding areas, and am happy to travel for specific sessions. From engagements and weddings to maternity, newborn, and family portraits, I offer a wide range of photography services.
